Best soft wash experience we've ever had! They cleaned our lantern lights, every concrete or brick area of our walks, the entire house...even a concrete fountain we have. The price was very reasonable as well. Tendai and his wife are friendly and on time as well. Highly recommend them!

Extremely professional, high quality work, and great pricing. They exceeded our expectations, cleaning our gas lanterns, railings, and taking care of areas we told him not to worry about. I told them our pavers were new and didn't need to be washed. At the end of the day, they saw a small area turning green, so they pulled out their equipment and cleaned it thoroughly. They also insisted on cleaning some screens i thought it would be too much trouble to get to. The work ethic and attention to detail was refreshing and all for a more than reasonable price.

We agreed upon a price for the house and the windows but Big Five Softwash went above and beyond and also pressure washed our front patio, back patio, and patio furniture. This new entrant in the Power Wash/Soft Wash space is very impressive. They have all the latest technology, an incredibly responsive team and the final result was outstanding. Additionally, they took great care of the plants surrounding the house and made sure that they would not be damaged. Windows were spotless and the roof and paint look like new. Highly recommended!

They showed up when they said they would, and did even more than I expected - soft-washed the house, the roof, the screened-in porch, and even the driveway! They even pulled out all the porch furniture and took an old outdoor rug to the dump for me! Couldn't be happier with how everything looks now.
